The Government of New Zealand shall be the depositary of this Convention and any amendments or revisions thereto.

Termination

Where such a settlement is reached, application of the Protocol shall resume and the amount of the financial contribution shall be reduced proportionately and pro rata temporis to the period during which the application of the Protocol was suspended.

Denunciation

Article 26

Dispatch of the notification referred to in the previous paragraph shall open consultations by the Parties.

Where such settlement is reached, implementation of this Agreement shall resume and the amount of the financial contribution referred to in Article 6 shall be reduced proportionately and pro rata temporis according to the duration of the suspension.

Article 9

If this Treaty is denounced by the European Union it shall cease to be in force one year after the date of such notification.

Both Parties will immediately notify any disruption of a computer system impeding such exchanges.

A Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying the other Party of its decision in writing and after consultation within the Joint Committee.

Revocation and cancellation of the guarantee

Any disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this agreement shall be settled by friendly consultations between the Parties.
