The EU shall notify yearly to the Special Committee on Customs and Trade Facilitation referred to in Article 50 of this Agreement ( The Committee ) the list of materials to which the provisions of this Article shall apply.

The origin of the materials of the countries or territories concerned shall be determined according to the rules of origin applicable in the framework of the EU's preferential arrangements with those countries and territories and in accordance with Article 30 of this Protocol.
